The membership form needs to be completed along with the membership fee. The club administration fees £20 for 2023-2024.The development training will be £40 a month for two days: Tuesdays and Thursdays at G3 pitch, if you are selected in the team for the matches which approximately will be £ 50 match.

When you register with the Club, and by filling in forms by agreeing with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. We also enquire relevant health information, for the purposes of your health, wellbeing, welfare and safeguarding. In addition, we hold this data with the obvious consent of the participant or, if applicable, the participant’s parent or guardian. We will be very cautious when we use personal data for any purpose for which it has been precisely provided. Your personal data is for us to run the football club and organize matches. The only organisation that share your data such as League and London FA within their Game system database to register participants information for affiliation purposes, an event example, tournament, when a coach or volunteer become a member of the club. We keep personal data of our participants and members while they continue involved with the Club. We will delete this data 12 months after a participant or member has left or ended their membership or affiliation. We may need to retain some personal data for longer for legal or regulatory purposes. You may have the right at any time to demand access to, rectification or removal of your personal data; to limit to assured processing of your personal data, you are not obliged to share your personal data with the Club. If you choose not to with us we may not be able to register

Racing Youth Football Club has ensured that the relevant insurance provisions (Public Liability and personal accident cover) are in place and that there is suitable cover for training sessions and other football activity taken place Personal hygiene measures should be in place including hand sanitizerused at training/match venue.

Parents make sure that your child has his/her own water bottle labelled with their names and any necessary medication (Inhaler).

Racing Youth FC requires parental consent before your child take part in any football activity.

Rules and regulations

I confirm that I have read, understand and will adhere to the rules and regulations to the club where.
I agree to pay all obligatory fees in relation to my child monthly and any other costs as it is required.
